Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one business day. Orders are usually sent via Auspost.  
Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind returns 

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, MY Healthstyle.com.au will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

• You return the item within 7 days of purchase.

• You produce adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.

• The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that
                 1. It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories,
                 2. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.

Faulty Products

Please call us on 1-800-959-777 during office hours, we will endeavor to assist you the best way we can.  If your product is faulty 30 days or more after date of purchase, please see product warranty claims. If we feel the product is in any way faulty, we may grant a full refund or replacement at our discretion. 
 

Warranty Claims

If the product or device is within the warranty period, please return the product back to us for a repair/replacement, with proof of purchase.
