Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from our Underwood, Brisbane warehouse within one (1) business day of order confirmation.
Orders are typically shipped via Australia Post (AusPost).

Return & Exchange Policy
This Returns Policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Rossmax Australia products are supplied in Australia by Constar X Pty Ltd, the authorised Australian distributor.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we may offer an exchange or refund provided that:

The item has not been used, opened, or damaged, and:

Is in its original packaging

Includes all manuals, pamphlets, and accessories

Is in original, unused, and resalable condition

Items returned outside these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Faulty Products
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us during business hours so we can assess the issue and assist you.

If a product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, a refund or replacement may be offered

If a fault occurs after 30 days, the product will be assessed under the manufacturer’s warranty
All assessments are conducted in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims
